My experience at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. the rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities such as an electronic safe, coffee maker, and mini, bar. the Spa & wellness center was top, notch, with a sauna, full body massage, and an indoor swimming pool. the location advantage of this hotel is that it is surrounded by a serene garden area and has a sun terrace, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a relaxing sundowner. The Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area offered an impressive range of drinks and in, room breakfast was readily available. Cons: Despite the myriad of luxurious facilities, the only downside was that there was no outdoor swimming pool. However, the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff made up for it.

We arrived at the Guangzhou Phoenix City Hotel and were immediately impressed by the stunning European paintings adorning the lobby ceiling. The staff, although their English was basic, went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful fruit platter and a welcome note from the hotel. The hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the free shuttle bus made it easy to explore nearby cafes and restaurants. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas had amazing rooms that were very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, and we enjoyed it a lot. They also offered free shuttle service to the main city and downtown, which was very convenient for us. Moreover, we liked the calm and peaceful surroundings amidst beautiful gardens and spectacular pools.

One of the biggest downsides of the hotel was its remote location, which made it difficult to get to. Taxis ripped us off and charged us unreasonable fares.
